Shipping and Policies
Regular Flat Rate Shipping Fees
We offer flat rate shipping throughout most of the USA at $11.99 per order.
We offer flat rate shipping throughout the Canada at $21.99 per order.
We offer flat rate shipping to Belgium, Ireland, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand at $79.99 per order. All international orders are shipped using UPS expedited delivery service.
Most items ship from the USA. International orders may be subject to customs, taxes or other duty fees. We don't have any control over these additional fees, they are the responsibility of the person placing the order and not BiggerHarderFaster.
Shipping and Handling - The Skinny
Certain large items may be subject to an additional international freight charge that will only be calculated at the time the order is processed. You will be notified when your order is processed if your oversized order has an additional charge.
Orders usually ship on the next business day after the day you placed your order.
Weekend orders and/or orders that have custom or temporarily out-of-stock items may be delayed.
Our standard ground shipping takes 4-7 business days for the continental United States and Canada.
All our orders are shipped discretely in plain brown boxes and packaging for your privacy.
And where possible, orders are shipped via either USPS or UPS.
About your privacy.
We respect your privacy and guarantee the information you give us will never be sold, rented or given away. Our site's order form asks you to give us contact information, including your billing address, shipping address, credit card information, and email address. We use the information provided to process your orders. We do not make our list of registered customers available to other companies. We do not read your private online communications. We do not give out your telephone number, credit card information or screen names.
Ordering and payment.
You can either pay by credit card or use the funds you have accumulated in your PayPal.com account. All payments are in US funds.
We do not ship COD.
Once an order is processed, your credit or PayPal account is immediately charged for the full amount of your order.
Return and exchanges.
To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with ANY bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, et al). Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable.
Cancellations.
If you need to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting info@biggerharderfaster.com. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse, we might not be able to cancel it. We'll do our best!
Product disclaimer.
All of our products are sold as novelties only. We accept no responsibility for injuries sustained while using our products. The purchaser assumes all risk and liability of use for all our products.
